I think 18 is the clutch side primary....( can anyone confirm pls )
...anyway, here are some tqs from the workshop manual .................................................. ..............Nm...........min..............max Clutch side primary bearing retaining bolt............10...........9..............11 Dry clutch drum bolts........................................35... .........33............37 Right-hand side crankcase cover screw..................9..............8.5......... ..9.5 ... sorry, doesnt copy well, do you want the manual? May want to completely disassemble your pack; clean it up and retorque the Hub nut. Be careful to line up the corresponding marks on the pressure plate, as was pointed out earlier. Clutches are pretty fool proof.

That nut should be torqued to 250 nm with red lock-tite on the threads. At least thats what is printed in the 07 1098 service manual for the m25 nut for the center of a dry clutch.

A bit late to this, but I thought the whole clutch was sitting out a bit, indicating a loose centre nut.
You'll need an impact Allen socket in 19mm. It'll cost you about $20. And an impact gun. You can get the nut tight enough with the plates installed and a bit of pressure on the plates (plus in gear and brake on) but a holding tool is better, and not hard to make with some old plates. |

thanks guys, the nut is tightened already will try to re-do it and aim for 250nm ... however i did not have the nut so below is the pic of the home made tool i did for that (Car wheel Bolt
)
