Just curious has anyone converted their parking lights to front turn signals ?? If so how did u do it and did it work well? Any info is great !!!

I had a friend who did it but the lights aren't bright enough. He even put amber bulbs in and it just looked bad. I could find out how he wired it. I know it wasnt as easy as cutting and splicing wires.
