can you reflash a 1098 ecu to 848 evo

Will a 1098 ECU that comes with the termi slip ones, work on my 848 evo with slipons?

Or is there a reason there are different ones?

when you find out where you can buy ecu separately share the news man. im trying to piece together a termi full system and buy the cans first, then save up and get the piping headers and ecu

Thanks for the quick reply...Interesting... so they are just selling reflashed stock ones? Does that mean I can get a buddy to just flash my exisiring one for the same effect for less $$? Good look too on that link.
