Default Leo Vince full Ti - need ECU reflash?

Hey guys,

Just bought a used Leo Vince full Titanium exhaust for my 848 for under $700 has some scratches and whatnot but nothing a little TLC can't fix.

My question to you guys is - am I going to need to change up the ECU or any other mods before I can bolt it on?

Is there going to be a big difference with the full system vs. if I just got the slip-ons (which I almost did).

Thanks in advance!

I'm not 100% sure if it need it to run well but I have that system and have only run it with a reflash from Motowheels, one thing for sure since you will no longer have the exhaust valve, you will get a cell (if you do take it off of course)...

Nice deal. However that is not the corse full titanium system if it is indeed used. Your bike would most likely run ok with adding just the exhuast, but you would get a CEL when you remove o2 sensor and exhaust valve. Best option would be reflashing the ecu. $250-$300.

Reflash probably gets you better maps too, but if you just want to get rid of the servo motor, the $35 eBay kit works great. Another $150 for fatducs and your O2 sensors are no longer a problem either. Advantage of this route is it's completely reversible. When you sell the bike, you pull the Leo Vince and your stock ECU is untouched.

Yea this is what I was thinking, might be better in the long run though to just get an ECU re-flash since I don't plan on selling the bike anytime soon.

I do agree that the midpipes don't look like full Ti as most Ti from what I've heard turns blue from heat after being used for a long time (and pretty sure these are coming off a race bike)
