I have a buddy who owns a shop and this type of stuff is all they do. I will get all the info I can for you. He might be able to sell you a whole kit. Me i pay attention to what is In front of me. I barely look at the dash.

Rear-facing video as a replacement for mirrors on a motorcycle has been tried but it basically suffers from two issues. The LCD display is difficult to see in broad daylight, and headlights on at night cause display problems. A dark filter over the video lens helps with the headlight problem but reduce the visibility of other objects.

All you need to do is to wire-up a 5-inch LCD Monitor with horizontal-reverse image to a video camera with a wide-angle lens (to see close-in traffic.)

If you see anyone coming toward ya, it is already too late anyway....

By the time you see them coming with a speed that they can't stop, your reaction time wont be long enough to leave that spot. Very unnecessary IMO

We just said the same thing. Lol
A car that is traveling with 30 mph is moving 44 feet a second. By the time you realize that car is not stopping. You have 1 second to hit 45mph to eliminate the crash. And in that 1 second, you have to evaluate, decide and go. Ain't happening

Its cool technology, but not as advanced as say Lexus has on their cars.

I've had one on my bike for a few years. It took the place of my mirrors. I use A 5" monitor/GPS and a tiny bullet cam between the pipes.
