2000 ducati 748 biposto cowl

Im trying to put this on my 00 748 but im guessing it isnt the right fit, Under the seat it says for a 01 748 shoudnt it fit too ? I tried putting the screws on and they arent on the same spot as my 1 passenger fairing/seat.....

The subframe under the seat is different for biposto(2 seats) and monoposto(1 seat). Are you trying to put a biposto tail piece on a monoposto subframe? If you are, it won't fit and you will need a biposto subframe.

Where do I get a biposto frame ? yes I was trying to unscrew the monoposto bottom part and put it on the Biposto (2 seater )

Should be able to pick one up cheaply here. Put a wanted ad in the classifieds section. Worth a try. You will also need to get the correct tailight bracket for the biposto tail, it's different to the nonoposto one. You will also need pegs/hangers and bolts.

You will also need a biposto tool kit tray.

The "W" bracket is different too. The "screws/posts" that hold the tail light in place mount directly into the tail plastic on the mono (through the clearance holes in the mono "W" bracket) and screw into the threaded nuts that are welded onto the "W" bracket on the biposto (the Biposto does not use the spacers/standoffs).

The biposto "W" bracket has a bend/step in it while the monoposto "W" bracket came in a flat version and a bend/step version (albeit without the threaded mounting points).

Thanks a lot man so I need the subframe and the bottom screws for the biposto plastic damn I thought I was set to throw this bike as a two passenger lol

The plastic undertray may be different also.
