Well I took delivery of my 999R about 4 weeks ago. The bike was pretty much stock, except for the clutch cover and fast by ferracci bars (which I didn't think I would like but I love them!).
I ordered a 58mm Full Ti Exhaust from Storm Exhaust in the UK. Phil is awesome! If you want a high quality exhaust system, Storm is it! Send Phil at Storm an email. This exhaust just rocks!. Bought a PCIII and had the bike custom tuned. I also swapped out the wind screen and got rid of the running light. I cleaned up the rear with a competitions werks kit and did a custom LED setup (found directions on how to do it on the other duc forum). I also put on a rear carbon fender. Things to come are the RS Tail (already received it, but I'm going to wait until Oct to put it on), rear sets, Brembo master upgrades, and mono blok calipers. Let me know what you guys think ![]() The day I got the bike: ![]() After the recent set of mods: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() My new RS Tail (thanks Dennie for the hook up!)

Congrats and awesome! I see you're in Tempe. If you have time, give a call. Come on by and we'll set the bike up for you then let's go for a ride.

Nice bike and mods. I used to loathe the 999 series but I've been warming to them in recent months; especially in race trim! I think a base model 999 with some strategically placed upgrades could be my perfect track bike.
