Recovery is going pretty good but I am still a long way from getting the shoulder back to normal as it is still quit weak and has restricted range of motion. I work it way more than even the physiotherapist wants but at this point it seems that progress is slowing down. The rest of the injuries have healed with the exception of the right knee but its not too bad considering the mess it was in. Anyway I'm still hoping to be able to ride again, I had a motorcycle trip around the north of Thailand organised (Golden Triangle Riders) for last month but that wasn't possible so here's hoping for next year. Thanks.
