In 07 I was quoted 3200 dollars for a replacement tank for my SS. It was 600 for a custom bike builder to fix the original. Man that sucked...

Allstate, locally they have no experience with Ducati. After seeing the price tags on the bikes, and the parts, they sent me a check and said it is what it is. A form was attached for any additionals incurred. I took i to the dealer, was appraised of a total, and they just cut another check and said whatever it takes to make it right is fine by them. No hassles, not even a whimper when it comes to getting me back on the road. I have my home/3 4x4's and some equipment through them so they treat me well I guess.
