Default Why we love Ducati ?

Sometimes I'm thinking , why we love Ducati ? Maybe only because of pride of owning it ?
I always have problems with Ducati bikes that I owned, leaking here and there, engine stalling problem, clutch problem , and some other problems that I never had it at my Japanesse bike ever.
But I still love to buy Ducati bike.

What you guys think ?

Never had a problem with my 3 ( oh, there was a VR recall and radiator....but that's it) so the old 'Ducati's break down' thing? Nup, frog-shit.
Then, why do we love 'em?
I'll try to answer that by offering that every bike's different. The 1098's that I've ridden have slightly different 'something' about them, even from stock.
Being hand built by 5 people on the line gives 'your' bike a specialness.

It's the unique nature of the Italian twin for me - just visit a track and listen to the difference as a Duc comes out of a corner wide open. Ducati is tradition, individuality (warts and all sometimes) and personality. They are a bit more expensive to buy and own (not too much for the standard models), but they have a mystique. I've never had more spontaneous conversations with some cool people at gas stations, restaurants etc than when I'm on the bike.

I personally think jap bikes are POS. No personality or life in them. Just cookie cutter bikes at best. Sure they're cheaper but there's almost no thought that goes into them it seems. And for the record have you ever noticed how WIDE the nose section on the R1s are? They're just bulky unrefined crap.

Just my .02 cents.

Yeah, 8s, 'personality' is a great description for that....that thing we feel.
That little feeling....um....like walking into a new girlfriend's bedroom for the first time.

Default Massive tits

Ducati shakes the earth and has a high pitched squeal from the fans whilst she crackles and spits at everything behind.

Its like shagging a horny supermodel every time.

One of my neighbours(an old lady) came scuffling out of her home pointing the finger and notifying me my bike is very noisy. I just gave her the thumbs and cracked the throttle saying ,yup fucking oath hey.
The old duck shook her head in disapproval but still smiled with envious fear. lol

A new 3 x 11 story residential development next to my home will soon be occupied, I look forward to welcoming them all to their superior urban lifestyle and paper thin walls.

Next bike maybe an MV Augusta F4
