Default Dainese/AGV Warranty.

I have had 2 separate nightmarish experiences with Dainese/AGV USA warranty in the last 2 years. It was so bad that I urge you to NOT buy Dainese or AGV. If you are ever in the need for warranty you will be f*****. Don't say I didn't tell you so. I never would do such a thing publicly since I am a business owner myself but they have got to be the worst in the business when it comes to customer service and warranty.

Riding gear and warranty coverage and ability to reach the warranty department and their willingness to actually do what they say in a reasonable amount of time and reasonable manner.

Yeah i had an issue with AGV the paint faded on the £500 Rossi rep after 12 months and they wouldnt play ball at all but i was all over them like a bad suit and they serrendered in the end (typical Italians) and gave me choice of any helmet i wanted- it was time consuming and annoying but DONT give up they make it difficult so that you give in - all you need is to show stamina and determination and they fold .... would you expect anything less ?
If you want any tips PM me.

We've never had any warranty issues with Dainese. They warranty everything that we ask them to warranty.

Maybe for a high volume retail business. But try to deal with them as an individual. I am 45 years old and have been in business for a long time and been around many corners but what they do is not right. I have 3 AGV Rossi Helmets, 2 Dainese suits and 1 pair of Dainese boots. 5000 dollars of gear. I love it all. It fits me. But I will never buy these brands again. Having a 700 dollar helmet that is 2 months old has defects is not a big deal but then being given the run around for weeks is not right. My boots came apart 1 month after I got them. After 10 phone calls, emails, photographs I decided I am tired of being jerked around and glued them together myself. Not the kind of service I expect when buying the most expensive gear around.

Can you get them to warranty some full metal pro gloves Nick? I have had mine for under a year and the leather in the palm has ripped open on both gloves.

Probably.
Send them over to us with a copy of the invoice.

I don't have the invoice I don't think. Maybe I can call the dealer I bought them from? How long do they warranty their stuff?

Depends on the situation.
Couple of years at least.

The only reason they want an invoice is because there are some knock-off gloves floating around.

But gloves are easy to wartranty if they have not been crashed.
