Good luck, I did mine in August and there was one guy I found but his license was suspended for doing that.

Just about everyone I know has to modify their fender eliminator kit or install the OEM stalk to pass inspection and reinstall the kit...otherwise the state will take away the tech's inspection cert! Ironically enough, dealers will gladly charge you to reinstall the stalk, inspect the bike and reinstall your fender eliminator...it's the most ridiculous thing I've seen (compared to DC, VA, NC), but that's Hawaii! Alohaaaaaa!
