The Haynes manual says that you've got to remove the forks and partially dismantle them to drainthe oil! What a pain in the arse! Why can't things be straightforward? |

Hi the simple thing would be to drain the oil into a measuring jug and put the same amount back in. But as long as you have got no leakage this is OK. To do it correctly

It may sound simple, but it isnt. Be careful; you can find help online with YouTube videos, also LT Snyder has some helpful advice in his manual. When done right, it is a job, but understanding the techniques involved is the key, and too much to explain here. Good luck.
