History: I lifted the tank slightly in effort to assemble the Rizoma timing belt cover 9 months ago. About 6 months ago I started to notice the bike would drip gas and leave a small puddle on occassion (size of a golf ball). The past 3 months I havent had a chance to ride much (maybe 400mi over 5 or 6 rides). About 3 weeks ago, I had a short ride came home and after about 2hrs I had about a half of a shot of gasoline in the pan under neath the bike. Busy with work I cleaned it up and kind of forgot about it. A friend got me some exhaust wrap and thought it might distingish my bike from all the other red ducs.. I wrapped the exhaust; headers to slip on. Today I ran a 2nd heat cycle (1st was fine) and 20mins later I see the drip again. This time I catch it in a water bottle. 5hrs later I've got a lot of gasoline in the bottle. This drip is a constant once every 3 to 4 seconds. I did a visual on the lines, but I dont see anything.. anyone have ideas? Last resort is the stealership, b/c I'm pretty sure they'll say its my fault and its not covered under warranty.
