Caring for the DP/Termi Air Filter
So it was dirty and I cleaned with soap and water. It's drying. Do I need to oil it like the K&N prior to installation or just dry?
Also, how can I better seal the OEM runners to the Airbox? Like some automotive weatherstrip or what? |

Instead of going through all the trouble I just used the MWR filter....

Hi,
instead of K&N I've cahnged my air filter with the ultimate air filter in polyester. It's used by all WSBK Ducati teams (Althea, Effenbert, Barni). To clean you don't use shampoo or oil to stop dust. only compressed air. If is too dirty you can use every degrease you want, also gasoline and you can insert in the airbox immediately. Also perfomrance are better |
