Curious what the audience says to be the best motorcycle radar detector on the market today?
Pics of your mounting and wiring system would be fantastic, and of course dont forget to throw in your best "save" thanks to your device! You can omit the legalities per state and how radar/laser are used. I am probably from the last state in country where they are illegal, and was a cop for 8 years with hundreds of radar/laser pinches for "excessive" speed. Since I am not a hypocrite I gave a very wide berth on this. Now I am just a civilian who drives a 1199 FAST, and would love to hear the best piece of gear out there to help save some $$$. Shhhhhh-lol. This is all I have to go on. A Ducati tech I know said he installed the Radar Screamer on a 1198 and it was fantastic! Anyone agree? http://radardetectorreview.net/forum...otorcycle.html Last edited by Gunny Fitz; June 18th, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Reason: link |

I run the Adaptiv TPX model, there is a pic in my album. Has big buttons for gloves and back lights also weather proof.
Comes with a nice wiring harness, and a second visual light that I placed on the dash. Also has the option to go Bluetooth as well as a place to plug in a jammer. They have several different mounts. The one I went with you must change out steering nut on the 1x98/848 For how well it works I'd rather not jinx myself.
