Way overpriced and they come across as arrogant. I guess because I wasn't a member of the screen actors guild or some celebu-tard they weren't to eager to deal with me. After quoting me about 2-3k over MSRP for an SP (I also think they wanted like $900 to install the pipes) I went to Pro Italia and bought one there for much less and they treated me much better.

Newport is good as well.

Service manager is a douche. Doesn't care who you are.

Honestly, I went there once before I owned a Ducati and I was exploring ownership and they weren't too bad. The salesman was very patient and showed me a few models and worked with me within my price range. I didn't buy from them because for what I can afford, I went with an used Superbike (996) rather than a new Supersport (900SS).

I can't say they were stuck up or anything but the prices were higher than other places though I understand their rent is probably way high compared to Glendale (Pro Italia) or Brea (SoCal).

Walked in once and nobody even acknowledged me. Walked in a second time riding up on my 1198S and was treated a little better. Called up one time asking if they carried the factory spark plugs in stock. Service tech said, "you're not going to try and install those yourself are you?!". He then proceeded to tell me how difficult it was that you had to pull all the farings off and remove the radiator for the front plug and then remove the gas tank for the 2nd(which he was right). Quoted me 2.5 hours of labor. Picked up the plugs and installed them in 30 min with not a single faring screw loosened. Took the EVO to Pro Italia for the service interval.

That little prick behind the counter... Greg, needs a violent beating. Otherwise they're cool as shit. Everything is negotiable when it comes to price, they just start higher than most. I think it's the name. My Mrs. bought her monster there, we service it elsewhere.
