and I have a stupid question, im horrible with electrical stuff. On your earlier post that you said my ECU probably isnt ground, causing the electrical issues. I assume thats the wire going from the ECU to the negative side of the battery??

Thanks!

Ok yes that "C" bolt is where it was connected to but mine is black. It is connected to the negative side of the battery, is that normal/a problem?

My advice is leave them lithium batts to the racers and use normal high CCA batteries on your road bikes...I use a size 14 instead of 12 (spacer removed) on my 1098 and she cranks pronto.(when she cranks that is but that is another chapter)

The weight helps with turning left

But what if I want to turn right??!!?

And my lithium battery is testing fine when I push the tester, and its reading 12.5 volts with my multimeter. Do you think its still good? Just needs the upgraded regulator?

If so, and I cant return it, Would it be better to just get an upgraded regulator? or try to sell the Lithium and get a normal old sealed/acid battery?

Okay, it's about time you learn to use the search function and do some reading. All of this has been covered ad nauseum. There is a whole thread devoted to just the voltage regulator upgrades...

Yes i know about upgraded regulators and the search option, I just wanted opinions on my situation. Would you guys go for new regulator and use my lithium battery, or sell the lithium and go for an old acid battery?
