1198s shuts off when engine break

I just recently had my bike serviced at our local dealership. Tps reset , new spark plugs, timing belts , fluids, filters, etc. A day after the service,i rode my bike around town and noticed that when i engine brake ( close the throttle while running ) my bike would almost shutoff - i would need to catch the dropping rpm with an input on the throttle by adding more gas . I didnt have any issues like these before i went for dealership service. Im tempted to try to tinker on my airbleed screws. Any help would be much appreciated

Take it back to the dealer. Have them check it out. No sense messing with it since you had them service it.

I had a similar problem and my timing belts were not tight enough. They could have left a vacuum line off the air box. it is most likely a problem with the timing and the timing belt.

Did you ahve an idle issue too?. Mine starts just fine ,a little over a thousand.

Just called up my dealership. They adviced that i should change my rectifier to sort this issue. Weird though coz upon checking. Voltage levels qt 13.8 while idle.i dont think it has anything to do with rectifier

I also had a problem with my bike at idle. It did not want to idle and when I would slow down and roll off the gas the engine would die. They ended up tightening my timing belts and that fixed it.
