Anyone Running on MOSFET voltage regulator?

My headlight is flickering, and sometimes some dash light will not work properly. I believe it's time to replace the regulator since my last replacement was nearly 5 years ago

I did a bunch of researach that FH016AA can be a replacement for our OEM but need to cut and crimp

however, I don't have any wiring diagram to solder / crimp the wire to the connector.

Any input would be appreciated

Anyone Running on MOSFET voltage regulator?

I installed one from roadstercycle.com. It required cutting and crimping but instructions are clear and I've had no problems whatsoever. I just had to take a deep breath before cutting the wiring to do the install. Here's a couple photos after installation. I fab'd a new mounting plate; the stock plate dimensions were wrong for the new regulator.

P.S. I just noticed this posting is in the 1098 section. If it makes a difference, my bike is a 996s.
