Clip ons and brake pads

Hello Gentleman,
Im in the process of changing my clip ons but need your help to know the torque values of the bolts of the tripple and the clip ons.

Also, what brake pads do you recommend i mostly do back roads, city and the occasional track day; if you can let me know some recommendations with the part number i will appreciate it.
Btw. Need also tbe torque values for the brake calipers.

Thanks.

search for a service manual download for torque values, as for brake pads I like the EBC EPFA pads, they have worked great for me on both the road and track days
