I have the Shift-Tech hugger on mine with the full system and the clearance is perfect. There are no issues.

Here are a few shots.





There is a little over an inch of space between the hugger and the pipe. I can put my hand inbetween the two.

Where have you been all this time?

The hugger to fit perfectly with the 70mm Termis is available since over 16 month now. There are no clearance issues even under full compression with this specific version, if you have the Akras then you are out of luck.
