I think his heart is definitely in the right place(when i spoke with him over the telephone) but i didn`t need the run around ....
i.e: "it will ship out tonight ,..you`ll have it in a week latest".......
It`s now almost 4 weeks and all he can say to me is call customs or USPS,..which i did and they both claim to never even received the parcel from bellisimoto....When i told him that he said he would do a trace and email the next day,......i have never heard from him since,.. i have sent countless non-threatening emails and still nothing ...........I hold no animosity against this chap ,. he has a business to run but man,.. sharpen those customer service skills......

If the parts are on backorder, we find out ETA, notify the customer and find out if they are ok to wait the backorder time or do they want to substitute something available or just cancel the order.

I also forgot to mention that the Jacket came in but the pants and gloves didn't and they sent the jacket out rather then holding it until the rest of the items showed up.

When people are treating you like this you tend to go back even when you know you can get the item cheaper elsewhere because they just flat out deserve the extra bucks, IMHO.

Received my product today.....took 4 weeks( as opposed to the "7 day tops" he said),not the best customer service..but none the less the stuff is here ,.. he gets credit 4 that.....
Now i know what to expect if i do business with him in the future,...

The BITUBO steering damper which he scored @ $275.00 (compared to the usual $315 i think everyone else wants,Traxxion has it for $289.00...i told about that and he beat that price,.. very cool and had my business instantaneously )shipping included!!

if it's a webstore there's absolutely no reason for any confusion as to whether the item is in stock or not. especially in this day and age. basic database 101.

there should be a date stamped on the packaging as to when it was shipped. when did he actually ship it vs when he said it was shipped?
