woodcraft rearsets

Well I am not really happy with my rearsets, and want to go to a Woodcraft or DP style rearset.

Where's the cheapest place to buy the complete Woodcraft rearsets from?

Has anyone tried ditching the linkage shifter for a reverse pattern shifter (direct)? Does woodcraft make their own reverse pattern shifter - or did you just get a MW or ebay one?

Not sure the cheapest place to get them, but I love my woodcraft rear sets.
The one thing that's taken some getting used to is the non folding pegs when backing up

Thx for the appraisal - I have used fixed pegs for years so I am happy with what Woodcraft offer.

Cheapest I have seen is $340 including levers.

I like the fact that there are replacement parts available.

Can anyone confirm if the Woodcraft rearsets clear the headers on the 70mm system?

Mine cleared the 70mm exhaust, but I had to put spacers on the heel guard. It rubbed the swing arm slightly on suspension travel

I have them on mine. I didn't have to space anything and it clears my swinger and my 70mm Akrapovic System. Shoot me a PM, I know where you can get them for pretty cheap.

I run the Woodcraft on my bike and find them to have ample adjustability and look good too. Maybe not Sato fancy but found them to adjust better than Sato did. I got mine from BaysidePerformance.com.

Another +1 for Woodcraft...especially if your trackin' at all. Its hard to beat 'em for parts replacement. Just about every piece is available individually, so you can have a full set of spare parts. I'd go for function over bling every time.

Oh, and just turn the lever on the shift-shaft of the trans so it's pointing up instead of down, for reverse shift.

My Boy has that particular setup on his 1098. Completely ditched the linkage and used a direct mounted shifter(Reverse Pattern aka GpShift). Wood craft makes it, I believed he used the one for the Duc Monster.
