Hence the reason both myself and motowheels highly recommend using Dave of Rexxer who wrote the book on this type of ECU work. You can ways call him and ask questions man, he's a very friendly and conversational guy. Trust the pros with stuff like this, not just someone who knows how to run a dyno. They have hundreds of maps speci fically for your bike and the riding style you do.
Trust me, call Dave.

I was speaking more about the appropriate mapping required for that area of the country after where he is now. Unless you meant someone else here Dev?

Devimu I went from sea level in Hawaii to Colorado Springs witch is at 6000 feet about sea level. My dp ecu made my bike run horrible. It backfired every time I rolled off the gas. It did not want to start as well or stay running as well. After I got the nemeses ecu all my problems went away and the bike had power again. Getting it tuned for altitude is very important.
