Do you have a fan running? Battery low on juice? Is something on that is drawing power from the battery to make it low? I guess I'm saying I would start with a low battery as my first guess.

There is a fan on in the background.

I put a charge on the battery, got up to 12.6 and Reid again. No start. It started before with only 11 and my 848 starts with 11.6

I removed the air box and unplugged each connection. The one I missed was the stepper. I think it was 21.3 error code when I started it. Immediately plugged it in and then afterwards no start

Do a slow charge and make sure it has a full charge. I just swapped to a lithium battery and it's amazing. 270 cca compared to the 210 that was in the bike when I bought it. I only have to think about the bike starting and it starts up.

Battery should be the first thing. Have it load tested, with it being at such low voltage it's probably holding quite low amperage.

I charged the battery for 15 minutes and it fires right up now.
Got up to 14 while in charger then sat at 13 when I ran it. Down to 12.6 as its been sitting
Dutch848 and RNJ12 like this.
