swing arm

anybody here has taken the swing arm off the 1098s and got it powder coated ? I would like to get mine done but I'm not sure if I would be able to use the same bearings or would they need to be replace.
comments please.

That's a pretty good idea. I hate the look of the swing arm. I should do it as well when I get my pipes ceramic coated.
