clutch question - 1098R

Any of you 1098R owners notice the clutch lever kinda "kicking back" into your fingers with each downshift? More of an annoyance than anything, I just wanted to make sure this was ok. I figured it was something to do with the slipper clutch.

Thanks

Not sure if I'd call it a kick back so much, as I've noticed it pulses sometimes. I was thinking of doing a slave upgrade figuring it would smooth it out.

It's the slipper clutch. Quite normal. And after a track day last week on the R, the slipper clutch is outstanding.
