First, thank you to everyone who has contributed to this forum. Its been a great resource of ideas and help for me.
I think I have finished making changes to my bike now.
I considered gold wheels for a long time, but ended up sticking with the black with red stripe as I think it matches the Sargants seat with the red piping well.

Email Dan Kyle on this board. He is fast, keenly priced, and a pleasure to deal with.
MPL Clutch Slave
I used a site sponsor, but I forgot who now....
I also got a beautiful MPL billet front sprocket cover yet to be installed. I need to annodise it first (Red)
I gotta agree! It looks GREAT!! I think you made the right choise on not doing the gold rims. Would have been TOOOOO much. I absolutly LOVE the red stripes. I'm getting some on mine next week. It is just one of those CHEAP/Simple mods that make you go WOW!
Forum member Fastone took this excellent snapshot of me at the track. I love the clutch spinning in the shot.
Considering an "R" after seeing it on the track on the weekend.
The local shop has offered me a fair price for my bike with all the pretty bits removed except the full exhaust system. Very tempting.....

Beautiful bike, you did a great job. Wonderful job on the lighting for the photography too. Now, fix the backdrop a bit, lose the rag, hire or bribe a model and sell some posters to help pay for that beauty !
ya, the rear pegs stood out too much, take them off or paint them black to match the rear subframe, I notice you have the rear seat cowl so no need for the rear pegs
At one time I considered trading in my S for an R, but the dealer wouldn't give me sh*t for my bike, even with all the mods!! Anyway, I was just wondering what he offered you for your bike. I don't ride mine enough to justify spending the difference.
Oz, Thanks. $20 for the tape and about 1.5 hours of very careful application to get it on straight. The tape is at most accessory stores.
Big Duke, I promised the shop not to disclose. They have done the right thing by me so Ill return the favour. I am happy with the trade in price which is just a little below what I thought I'd get selling myself anyway. Needless to say, I did throw some money away which is always to be expected.
So, now its all finished, I pick up my "R" model on Wednesday, swap over most of the bits, and take another picture. Hopefully this time minus the blue rag
