Watching this thread with interest!!!

Reckon the kids inheretence is better spent on me copying your route than sitting in a slush fund

I wish you a speedy recovery after your surgery as well, bruising looks painful!!!

^ Hi W17 - have read your threads with a lot interests.

Radiator is from:

MB Motor Sport - Costruzione parti radianti per competizioni - it's the closed pressured system which went on the F013 wsbk (the F014 is different); attached pic shows system being plugged in.

This was a crucial mod for me having tracked the R here in Dubai and getting frustrated at the loss of power! So to have all the engine work done to the SL and then lose it would have been rather silly!

I'm in the same boat . Have just added SL pistons cams and inlet valves to my R but the temps run too hot .
I like the look of what you have done . Thanks

Awesome build. Finally, someone put some 'proper' calipers on a Ducati!!

I'll be following suit very soon.

Btw, your forks are not MotoGP/WSBK/BSB or AMA - they are standard privateer forks.

Nonetheless, they are a world above the R&T items!

SL is looking fantastic!!

Hope your recovery is 100%!!

Keep the pics coming!!

The Termi system is the exact system off the F013 WSBK (called +300 - as it is 300mm longer than the "usual" termi and Akro system - see label). Gives much better performance.

Reparto Corse - the proper race department.

A monumental day for me today - first time ever turned over and apparently VERY LOUD. All good so far. Steve has really done some magic with the ECU - combining all the good bits of the SL and super stock ECU's - some 300+ maps apparently. Not many in the world that can do that. So anyone going to him for work - make sure you give him the respect he deserves.

Off to dyno she goes.

Just awaiting short throttle, battery bracket and HEL brake lines and then she will be complete. Not long now, tick tock.

Some pics - first is weight of tank with foam, pump and cap.... not bad eh? Second is Ti pipes coloured after start, third with carbon heat protection under rear subframe.
