Thumbs up 2012 848 Evo Bike Part out. Motivated Seller

Hi to all Ducati lovers...

I must part out my bike, or sell it whole...

I made several price reductions... Please reread if you have already seen this post. And I am open to all offers....

Its a 2012 white & red 848 EVO with roughly 7400 miles. It was in mint condition... I had a spill and now I can't afford to fix it.

Engine, 7400 original miles, runs perfect. $3,000.00, OBO
Wire Harness, $200.00
ECU, $150.00
Gas Tank, $300.00
Right & Left Mirrors, $75.00
Head lights, $75.00
Gauge Cluster/ Computer, $250.00
Rear Rotor, $25.00
Front Tire, like new, Pirelli Diablo, $50.00
Rear Tire, like new, Pirelli Diablo, $50.00
Complete exhaust, with O2 sensors! $500.00
Seat, $40.00 great condition
Right & Left handle grips, with adjustable clutch and brake levers.. (high end) $125.00
Rear swing arm, (black) in perfect condition, $500.00
Center Shock, $300.00
Front Shocks, $250.00 each
Front & Rear Calipers, with brake lines, $300.00
Complete Frame, with all fasteners & bolts, clips, foot pegs... etc. Red $500.00 without title, $1500.00 with clean FL title.

I am open to REASONABLE offers, please don't waste your time, or insult me. I watch this site, and believe I have listed fair prices, I will work with you on shipping, and payment methods... Although I prefer Crypto, if you feel that I have overpriced any part, please show me where you found the supporting information, and I will match the MARKET pricing. E-BAY does not count. I will tell you that the engine is the strongest 848 EVO I have ever been on. It have personally had it up to 169 mph, and I still had 1500 rpms in 5th, & all of 6th gear left! this engine will definitely push you up to 185-190 mph, with no problem.

My name is Bron Lyles, you may reach me at:
(904-251-5392, text is OK too.

I live in Jacksonville, FL 32244 if you wish to check shipping costs to your house/business location.

I will consider selling it all, to one person... but I will not take less than 5K! It only needs, radiator, oil cooler, front rim, rear rim, front axel, front rotors, triple tree center pin, front clip support, and most of the plastics. other than those parts, its in perfect condition....

Happy hunting! Pictures upon request, emailed only.

The engine is not worth more than $2,000 on a good day and no way an 848 will go 190 mph

Thanks for your reply... but I don't think you know what your talking about, since I personally had mine up to 165, and I still had all of 6th gear left. I know it would have done 185, no prob... maybe not 190, but close enough...

As for the engine, I have researched it, and the average price is, 3400.00 I started a little high, so there would be room to negotiate.

Thanks for your interest.

I bought a similar bike to yours (2011 848 EVO) in similar condition for $1,400 complete.

1198 engines can be had for $1,800-$2,000. I've bought two for that price.

The mirrors for $75 is a good price.

Good luck with your sale.

You can't look at asking prices, not of that stuff sells for those prices.

Ok, but, just because you found a deal, doesn't mean that the price you paid is normal.... I have several friends who tell me that my pricing is not out of reason, were you interested in any of it? or just criticizing for the hell of it?

You asked! Deal with it or go buy a Ducati with an automatic transmission.

I agree about the engine, I've purchased two off ebay and won't pay more than 1500.

1500 for the engine then I ship it to the Ducshop and spend another 4k ..... that way I know it won't blow up

BTW some of your prices are right on, some are low, and some are high. I curious why doesn't ebay count? I built my track bike off ebay parts and forum parts typically ebay is asking too much

Tchase, with your Duck Shop powered bikes you should be good for 200-205 mph. those engines should be strong!

Ha!

I will go back and look at my GPS, but I don't think I've hit 160mph with a longer straight maybe I can get 160+

It's funny at the ridge turn 1 (coming off the straight) I use to brake way too early, mainly because the speed would freak me out.

But last season with the coaching they got me to the point they said I had "race speed" on turn 1. I finally fill comfortable and then he says the AMA guys don't even use their brakes on turn 1
