Can I use DP ECU from EU?

I am thinking about buying an 848 EVO DP ECU for Termignoni slipons from Europe. I am wondering if this will work in my bike? The ECU part # is the same so I assume it should be ok? Part # 96523210A

That's what I figured since there seems to be only 1 part # for the DP ECU (i.e there isnt a NA and EU version).

Can you please elaborate more. As far as I can tell there isnt a separate part # for EU and NA DP ECU.
