Clutch Replacement

Has anyone had their 899 long enough to warrant replacing the clutch pack?
Were there any symptoms to indicate it was on its way out?
Sometimes I get a weird noise on a hard launch but I rarely do that and it’s feeling fine otherwise.
Previous bike was a Honda.
Just started slipping at 80k ish IIRC.

The standard test for detecting worn-out clutch plate friction material is to watch for slippage when accelerating in top gear. Some people are just harder on clutches than others, so service mileage will vary over a wide range.
