Desmosedici Rectifier Relocation Bracket

A friend who specializes in manufacturing carbon prosthetics designed and created a unique carbon bracket to relocate the Rectifier to the left side of the bike using existing Radiator mounting holes. The carbon weave has been chosen to match the existing carbon parts on the D16RR. It allows the use of the existing rectifier or a Ducati replacement unit to be positioned without hindrance to any other parts on the bike. The rectifier plug can reach the harness easily so no modification is required. The new location provides significantly better cooling capability than its current position under the airbox. I decided to move mine after the OEM one failed at 1900 miles.

He is making a small identical batch and they are for sale at $150 plus shipping. No mounting hardware in included. Please contact me at [email protected]

That is a pretty cool and pretty carbon fiber part for $150. I simply re-purposed the fuse-block mounting bracket. Then again, I used a Shindengen FH012AA MOSFET voltage regulator / rectifier.
