I'm running the ShiftTech carbon slip on, as you can see in the pic. Leaves the wheel wide open, is ultra short and light, never heats up, and sounds awesome.

It does pop on decel/off gas, but I actually love that ratty aggressive sound. It's deep sounding though and has this slight metallic howl to it. Very distinctive. Cars know I'm coming for sure, and when I give the throttle that little pop, it sounds really tight and menacing, so...thumbs up.

Anyone seen a set of Full Termis floating around by any chance? What price range are the used ones going for nowadays?

Just curious, why change the pipes unless you know it's giving some performance benefit? If the diavel doesn't have dynamic fuel management, who does re mapping or is there fuel management available for diavels?

As soon as I got the bike(+1000 kms) changed the pipes. Competition Werkes.

Pros...Shows off the wheel. Awesome.
Saves about 14lbs.
Great sound.
Personal.
Did not re map.
Yes, it does pop and bang on deceleration, not obnoxious.
However, you can control that with your throttle.

Cons.....

Here in Nanny State Ontario possible to get a ticket for noise.
Generally speaking Po Po don`t bother me as I am not looking for trouble. (It finds me. Lol)

I understand the nanny state issues, I live in California. If you have time put up a video of how your pipes sound. I never thought of getting a different set to show off my rear wheel, that'a a great idea.

Sounds good. My goodness, that video makes it look really really easy to change the exhaust out.

10 minutes if you are stopping for a coffee in between. Lol.
Easiest job I have done on my bike.

Compared to blowing the dust off the top of a piston. Lol, of course.

I'm looking at the Werks slip ons. My dealer says they are very good.

I think Zard looks nice from a design standpoint, most look like a can stuck in a snake with the exeption the new Remus Hypercone. Performance on most eh!

Sound is good, but less torque than stock isn't.

Did you look at the satin silver or mag pipe to see if the color matched?
