Cheap rear stand for '13 Monster 796

Hi Folks -

I got my first flat tire and was wondering if you good people could point me to a cheap rear stand for my '13 Monster 796. I am a casual rider with very minimal bike use and garage work. I was thinking about the Cycle Gear Trackside Rear Paddock Stand but am worried I wont be able to get the rear wheel off because the stand is not single sided:

Any other recommendations?

THanks in advance!

That stand won't be suitable for a 796, you need a single sided swing arm specific one. The one you linked to will only cause your bike to fall...

Looking at that site, I'd go for this stand:

combined with this bike specific pin:

No problem! The stand makes bike maintenance a lot easier. for instance cleaning and lubing your chain.

That's the same stand I bought for my '13 796... it works very, very well. Depending on how you park it, you might consider getting both pins... it takes a different pin depending on which side you want the stand on. I park mine with the stand on the right side, but if I have to take the wheel off, I have to jack it on the left side. Just something to consider.

I have the pit bull with both pins. Use it to remove the rear wheel when mounting a new tire. Cheaper to get your tire online and take it to a shop with the wheel. Using the other pin to replace my sprockets and chain.
