Power commander 5 /rapid pro auto tuner for slip on exhaust is it necessary?

Hi i own m 821 18 with ducati quick shifter and planning to put an exhaust between
1.sc project dual crt
2.akrapovich
3.zard
4. Austin racing

Since ducati recomends termi slipon wid comes with a map key .i personally din like the sound and feel of it so planning to put other brand

I have few queries?

1.if i put sc project do need to put auto tuner like dynojet power commander 5 + auto tuner or rapid pro evo ?
2.if i dont install tat will the slipon exhaust damage the engine components in long term?
3.will the auto tuner detect the ducati quick shifter ?
4.which is the best option for auto tuner for after market slipon exhaust?
5.does auto tuner increases the performance and reliablity of bike when after market exhaust is instaled?

Price new lamda sensors...if that seems affordable then skip the tune...without one they will eventually fail.

They are terribly expensive exhaust gas sensors...it essentially costs as much as the power commander...boils down to your mileage and amount of risk...I can't give a number when it will fail but running the engine outside of it's proper fuel mixture has its consequences

Yes to the tune...you should have it

Skip the eliminator and just in hook the wire from the flap on the midpipe

Just a heads up, the autotune O2 sensors will not thread into the stock threads. You will need to drill and weld new bungs (included in the box) to the pipes.

Yes to the tune. I changed the filter and went with a slip on. You can see in the bottom picture (blue line) it was running super lean.
