that looks really good. i like the different levels. the straight on picture really shows how nice it looks. some windscreens don't look that good from dead on but look ok from the side pictures.

That nose windscreen fairing is pretty cool! Hate to find out how much it cost though? I like it but i am going to wait and see if Ducati comes out with a Dark version oem windscreen like the Stripe has.

Click the link above the photos. You can change the currency to suit your location
$355 us that includes 17.5% vat which you wouldn't pay if not in Europe.

yeah that looks really good and seems it would actually help with being able to see the display better. i do prefer the ducati oval one though just from design. that one reminds me of the puig windscreen which would have saved me a bunch but i really didn't like the design on that one. this is better with the rounded edges but still very predatorish if that makes any sense. i plan on buying some of those carbon parts for my bike. thanks for the info about the website.

So I got my windscreen (Ducati Accessory WS) on yesterday and went for about a 60 mile ride- all back roads. I could a tell a difference with it on, however the big test will be to see how it helps on the highway at 80mph...

So far I am content with my purchase.

Also, the OP's info on the install is spot on. That was very helpful with the install. Thanks.

I recently bought a 821 stripe. The fly screen doesn't provide protection from the wind as a taller windshield would but cleans up the flow of air reaching the rider. And definitely looks cool on the bike.

i have this fairing on my red 821. I like it. it *might* do something for the wind but i haven't noticed it. I just like the way it looks and installation was super easy

Sorry to resurrect this post but I've managed to get a black friday deal and got 30% off the "stripe" screen to fit to my red non stripe 821.

Part 97180261A.

Frustrating that it has no instructions - especially when there is like 20 parts in the box with all the different screws and attachment nuts and washers.

I've found an exploded diagram on bike-parts-ducati.com for the 1200R screen so I'm guessing it's similar.

I'll report back when it's fitted. I'm used to removing the headlight so hopefully it shouldn't be too difficult and it'll let me have another go at tidying my LED indicator wiring too.
