Question 99īSS ie Vertical Rubber Cap Cover

Hi!

After a long fight with the two bolts to the cap cover, I won by breaking them both of ...
How do I remove the rubber cap cover part no: 23510073A
https://www.stein-dinse.biz/eliste/index.php
(5 on fiche)

Is the two hex head bolts enough to remove the cover or do I need to remove the timing belt roller/pulley also?

- If the answer is removing the roller, do I then need a castle nut driver or is there a solution that does not require a Ducati special tool?

cheers,
F
