1998 Ducati 916

I'm looking at a 916 that got laid down on the right side. The owner has the body work off and it looks like from photos that throttle side handle bar is off as well.

Suppose to be no frame or fork damage at a low speed lay down. Anyone have any thoughts as to value? The brake or clutch master cylinder, on the right side of the handle bars, looks to have been pushed out of place so I'm guessing that needs to be replaced.
