Dragging the Alpine

Is anyone headed to Burkesville KY for Dragging the Alpine.

for those not familiar, the town of Burnsville closes a road of for about a mile or so of some really nice twists. Then you can come ride it as its meant to. Its well controlled and from what I see looks like a good time. Weather looks crappy for saturday but Sunday mid day should be nice.

I had a buddy do this last year. He was ready to do it this year and I was too but it looked like the forecast was going to be wet so we didn't end up going. How was it?
