My 16 scrambler 62 seems like it takes a bit to warm up, almost acts like it's got a carb instead of fuel injection. Any one else have this issue?

Agreed.
Mine is the same. Much longer to warm up than my water cooled bikes. Ducati tech mentioned all air cooled motors are like that.
