Photos not displaying in Registry or Gallery

Does anyone else have this issue? I've tried searching the forum and haven't found this particular problem.

I've been able to upload photos to my Registry and Gallery without any issue, EXCEPT, they don't display the thumbnails properly anywhere on the site. Everywhere a thumbnail should be is replaced by the dreaded question mark.

This is what my Registry looks like:

This is my Gallery:

This is the bottom of the page when I manage My Album:

When I click the "View original in new window" link, the full-size image opens fine. But none of the thumbnails appear to work, as if the img link is broken.

Here are working links to the full-size photos:

http://gallery.ducati.org/image_db/p...30330_full.jpg
http://gallery.ducati.org/image_db/p...30338_full.jpg
http://gallery.ducati.org/image_db/p...30346_full.jpg

And these are the links in the Gallery that don't work:

http://gallery.ducati.org/image_db/pizzafiend/30330.jpg

http://gallery.ducati.org/image_db/pizzafiend/30338.jpg

http://gallery.ducati.org/image_db/pizzafiend/30346.jpg

Note the lack of "_full" in the filenames of the broken links as compared to the links that aren't.

This is a snip of the dreaded on the Home page:

The image address for that dreaded question mark is http://registry.ducati.org/image_db/.../9338_tiny.jpg

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I am going to send in a ticket to get this fixed.
The ETA on getting this fixed is unknown but once I get news on this, I'll give you a heads up.

Nature of the error with this has changed. Instead of broken images, all I get from the Gallery is a 500 error message. Shifting gears on it

All of the images in my original post are now gone with broken links too.

If those images were links to an off site host, make sure that most is HTTPS. If it's not, this site won't accept the images now.

Or are you gettinga 500 error now?

The links to the images are to the gallery on this site, and oddly enough, they appear in the OP on a Windoze machine, but not OSX or iOS. Definitely getting the 500 error when trying to access the Gallery, regardless of platform.

When I attempt to access the Registry (registry | registry home), I get this:

the CSS is broken and the flash player doesn't work. I don't know when its going to be fixed but this one will take a while to repair.

Ridiculous. This site is seriously broken. This kind of thing does not take months to rectify if the webmaster has the slightest clue. Migrate to a new platform if you can't figure it out.

The issue is still being investigated. As such, I have pinged the tech team to see if we can have them take another look at it, but as Lee mentioned, this will take time.
