Help identifying this classic Ducati

I got this bike from my grandpa. He thinks that it was made in 1965. I found this number on the engine DM 350 01408. Is there anyone that can help me figure out more about this bike.

I am not sure But if you send those pictures in an email to Ducati Italy ( pm me if you need the info) I am sure you will get all the information from them you need.
They'd probably be excited to see it.

Looks like a rather modified 350 SCR Scrambler. Seems to be missing a few parts.

Looks like a Bitsa to me. Front end off who knows what. Earlier tank. Could be based on a Scrambler but the frame's been tweaked.

ssmith - I have a 250 Monza, an 851, and a Monster 1200S too. But I sold my 996 last summer... I dont' suppose you have two golden retrievers or a border collie? ;-)
