02 998 electricl problem

I was riding 3 miles in the rain to get home. and in that time all my lights went out. There is no headlight, tail light, gauge lights...etc....etc... there are no fuses poped in the fuse box am i missing one somewhere? I checked the grounds and they are good... This seame like it should be a simple fix but im stumped.

Ok I got to the mid harness brake and did a continuity test. All is good from there forward. (there seams to be a hot brown wire going into the fuse box that powers 3 of the fuses thats not hot.) anyone know more about that? Im heading back to the shop to continue.
