Gents,

Lets say you lost the header flanges that connects the heads to the rest of the full exhaust system from termignoni.. Basically, I lost it during my recent move for all of you wondering how I would lose such a thing..

How/Should I try to make it fit on something else... I have my stock exhaust manifold for the rear vertical cylinder and it is definitely not fitting too well with that, which should be expected.. Any ideas are welcome.. This has just been sitting around in my garage for awhile and I'm thinking about just handing it over to a friend of mine on a 848, so if there was a kit to make this somehow connect to that.. It would be a help for some ideas and info..

Thanks gents, I know you all are very ingenuitive and I appreciate your help.. Once again..

im no pro in this matter but I know the header flanges are different on all 3 bikes, 848, 1098, 1198. so I would seek out a decent welder and see if he could fabricate something for you based off which bike your going to put it on cause the flange will only fit that

I have also seen where people have bought the QUAT-D headers? and stuck the rest of the termi system onto that, no idea on cost of that though.

That is definitely seeming like a more and more viable option.. Thanks for the info mate!

1. I'd try contacting Termi first, maybe they'll sell you that piece.

2. Check the classified and see if anybody has a used unit up for sale.

3. QUAT-D headers would be my next step if either choices fail.

4. Probably wouldn't go welder, alignment issues or fitment likely to be off.
