They were sent to dealers for the 1098 Open house nation wide on feb. 9th. Some people are sellin them on ebay. I got one too. Its red. Aint my color but I ain't givin it up.

Yea they gave them out to 1098 deposit holders on the launch / preview night a few weeks back. They only had L and XL. As mentioned some have popped up on eBay but I doub't these are going to be available to the masses.

well I placed my deposit originally in Hawaii (South Seas Ducati) But, I found a better deal from Atlanta Triumph and Ducati... So there sale manager (Alex) is sending my wife a 1098 T-shirt. Their Customer Service there is so amazing!!! I am in Iraq and Alex is doing everything and MORE then I ever asked for in reguards to the 1098... Made my deployment all that much better.

My wife ordered us the shirts from this e-bay seller.
Got them yesterday, vary nice. But not Ducati brand on the label.
On the sleive it sez Ducati Miami. $23 for a not Ducati T seams hi,
but Ducati not selling yet, so I like it alot.

there's currently a few 1098 t-shirts for sale on e-bay, Item number: 180095992956. i don't know if they're knock-offs or not.

btw, anybody notice that the used red 1098s w/ the full termignonis, taken in trade at that exoctic car dealership in arizona sold on e-bay for 25,000 dollars!!??? that's 2 grand over msrp!! sweeeeet!!!

When I bought my bike, the salesman at Ducati Miami gave me a cute baby-doll style 1098 shirt. They had a bunch there in red and in black. Of course I took the red one. I have to match my bike! They also had men's shirts there too. Some had "Miami" written on them. I guess they are from the same people that made the shirt Stimacsays bought.

Yep, and I think they are in bed with shift-tech. I have worn mine to Paris, and all over Montana and to Loveland to get my bike, and it still looks great. My wife is to cool for me. Please dont tell her.

Hey, I think you're right. When I was there last I was talking to their parts guy about some carbon goodies and I found out that they deal with them. (Apparently Shift-Tech is in Florida, too.) Junior showed me an all-carbon tailpiece that they ordered from Shift-Tech. After turning it over, it said Ducati on the inside. ......but I thought it was from Shift-Tech....and (!) Ducati hasn't even made tailpieces yet. He straightened me out and said that they make them for MM Productions, or something like that, and this was a pre-production piece. Whatever. I don't really know.
