I hope your not serious with this question. The only difference is wheels and ohlins suspension. The transaction between yourself and the dealer plus taxes on the new bike would cost you more than buying wheels and suspension.

Exactly. Upgrade those parts yourself. Aftermarket ohlins are better anyways. Plus you can get the TTX for the rear and some nice foged OZ wheels.
