After a short distance in bad traffic, (holding and releasing the clutch lever in 1st gear), I feel like I'm losing clutch pressure.

Until the next green light, I hold the lever (feeling very little pressure on the lever) and stalling when going into 1st gear

I just check the clutch fuild,this is filled and clear,the master cylinder is no leaking ,slave cylinder is dry too,
I can't find it leaking anywhere.
Take a 10 minute break and I notice the pressure is back a bit but riding afrer 50 meters ,the presure lose again.

My friend said he had the same problem with his Hypermotard 1100, he replaced the slave cylinde with a new one and using air gun cleaned the clutch case to solve the problem.

I'm ordering a new slave cylinde waiting to be shipped to me now,

But I wonder if this is normal? I mean there is no leak from the slave cylinde but the pressure is lost?

Sounds like you are correct. I would suspect the slave cylinder.

the problem has been resolved.
I replaced a new slave cylinder and the pressure is back and riding about 120km that is totally okay.
I just check the old one, the piston is very weak and you can easily push in with your finger
so I think it is the reason.
