I'm selling my bike (FS: 2007 1098s. 15k mi. Super clean, modded! Portland, OR - ducati.org forum | the home for ducati owners and enthusiasts) so I figured I'd take the time to make some sweet pictures of her. All taken with a Nikon D810 & 105mm/2.8 macro lens

I'm going to guess zip ties from track days. Great looking back and what a great way to present, show off the bike!! GL with the sale.

2007's didn't have the black kickstand. You can see it in my profile pic. But I had mine black anodized. Pics in the gallery. My guess is that this one is just painted, and that will rub off fairly quickly.

Bingo. I believe the previous owner painted the kickstand and the black is just wearing off. I thought about removing it and using (paint stripper?) some solvent to remove all the paint but I guess it never bothered me enough. It's a kickstand haha : )
